Soft where you expect hard. Cocoette is a roll-top in salmon Brisa straw — a warm, dusty pink-coral with the brim turned up all the way around. Sweet on first read, sharp on the second.
The body is hand-woven Brisa straw from Ecuador — Panama-style, dyed a sun-faded salmon that sits between coral and clay. The roll-top brim curls up the full circumference, framing the face and keeping the whole thing light on its feet. A color most people are too cautious to wear, which is exactly why it works.

For domestic orders, shipping cost is a flat rate of $40. Each hat is made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Because we handcraft each hat individually, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers

Care Instructions
Trovador hats are shipped in boxes designed to support the brim and maintain its shape. You can store custom felt hats in plastic to keep them free from dust and debris. Straw hats should not be stored in plastic because the lack of air can dry out the straw causing it to become brittle or break.

How to Measure For Your Hat
When purchasing a new hat, it is important to be as accurate as possible with your head measurements to prevent getting a hat that is under or over-sized. You will need to measure your head using a measuring tape or find a friend to help.
To take your head measurement, place the tape around your head around where the hat will sit. This should roughly be about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, and completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
